How far in advance should I book your services?
For events like weddings or large corporate functions, I recommend booking 2-3 months in advance. For smaller projects, 2-3 weeks notice is usually sufficient, but I can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, I typically require a 50% deposit to secure your booking date, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14+ days before the scheduled service date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.
How do you deliver the final files?
Depending on the project size, I deliver files via secure download link, USB drive, or external hard drive for larger projects.
